Terms of Service
Effective date: June 9, 2026. These terms apply to the US-facing getContracted website and application.
Related documents: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Company Information.
1. Operator and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of getContracted, a website and software service operated by OnlineTools Kft., Szent Donát út 20., 8258 Badacsonytomaj, Hungary, VAT ID HU27438044.
By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
getContracted is intended for business use by service contractors and their teams. It is not intended for consumer household use.
2. Service description
getContracted provides software for service contractors to manage customers, properties, service agreements, quotes, PDF and email output, digital signature workflows, dashboards, feedback, CRM follow-up, and related administrative workflows.
The service may include integrations with infrastructure, payment, email, search, hosting, analytics, and communication providers used to operate the product.
3. Accounts and authorized users
You are responsible for the users, permissions, credentials, billing details, and activity under your company account.
Account information must be accurate and kept current. You must protect credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Customer data and content
You remain responsible for the business records, customer information, property data, service agreement terms, quote content, templates, uploaded files, and other content entered into getContracted.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, use, send, retain, and process that content through the service.
We may process customer data to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, support, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.
5. Agreement, quote, and signature workflows
getContracted helps prepare operational documents and workflows, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or trade-compliance advice.
You are responsible for reviewing agreement terms, quote content, prices, taxes, disclosures, signature settings, and legal suitability for your business and jurisdiction.
Digital signature workflows may record signer identity details, timestamps, status changes, files, and related audit information. You decide when a digital signature workflow is appropriate for a transaction.
6. Subscription, pricing, and billing
The current Pro subscription price is $10 per month or $100 per year, shown in USD before applicable taxes.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe or another payment provider we make available.
Monthly plans are billed monthly. Yearly plans are billed upfront for one year. Taxes may be added based on your billing details and applicable law.
Stripe processes payment details. getContracted does not store full card numbers in the application.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription from the subscription area of your account or by contacting info@getcontracted.online before the next renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to paid features may continue until that period ends unless the account is terminated for misuse or legal reasons.
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, send abusive or deceptive communications, or use the platform to violate applicable law.
Email, CRM, and marketing features must be used only with appropriate authorization, consent, suppression handling, and legally compliant sender information.
9. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers such as hosting, authentication, storage, search, email delivery, payment processing, monitoring, and deployment providers.
Third-party outages, provider changes, API changes, or account restrictions may affect service availability or specific features.
10. Privacy, security, and deletion
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Addendum where applicable.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Deletion, export, and retention behavior may depend on account status, legal obligations, backup retention, billing records, security logs, and verified deletion workflows.
11. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We aim to avoid removing core operational capabilities without a reasonable migration or replacement path.
Maintenance, infrastructure issues, security events, third-party outages, or emergency fixes may affect availability.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that generated documents, templates, workflows, prices, taxes, reminders, or signature records are legally sufficient for every business use case or jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlineTools Kft. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim, except where that limitation is not permitted by law.
13. Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable US federal, state, or local law.
