You can work by month and status, open individual service items, and jump from the calendar into the agreement, customer, or property context.
Technical context
The demo uses the same dashboard route as the app and passes `view=maintenance-calendar` as a URL parameter. It loads with `embed=1` so the public page can show the workflow without the demo banner.
The maintenance calendar helps service contractors turn recurring agreements into a practical operating list. Months, status, and service execution stay connected instead of being split across spreadsheets and calendars.
