What users can do
You can enter partial search terms, inspect matches, and open customer details directly from the result list.
Technical context
The route uses `view=search&tab=customers`, which starts the dashboard in customer-search mode. Demo results come from local demo state; the live app uses tenant customer data.
Customer and agreement search makes getContracted a central workspace for customer records, properties, agreements, and quotes.
